The latest Global Islamic Fintech Report counts 484 Islamic fintechs worldwide. France ranks 23rd out of 64 countries. Demand is there, the European offer is still embryonic, and the people building it had never been in the same place.
Each of them holds one piece: payments, credit, savings, investment, alternative assets, giving, data, and the venture capital that structures and funds the rest. Nobody holds all of it. This afternoon was a first step towards putting it together.
