Requests from European users are served from a European Union region via Vercel's Edge network. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) compliant with the GDPR is in place with the host, and any transfers to the United States are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the commitments made under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

5. Regulatory Status

As of the date hereof, Nyance Inc. does not hold any authorization or license permitting it to provide investment services or investment advisory services within the meaning of Directive 2014/65/EU ("MiFID II") or any equivalent regulation.

At this stage, the Site is strictly informational in purpose and only allows visitors to sign up for a waiting list ("waitlist"). No content published on the Site constitutes, may be equated with, or construed as:

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. Nyance Inc. exercises no control over these sites and disclaims all responsibility for their content, availability, or the data collection practices they implement.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by the law of the State of Delaware (United States of America), subject to the mandatory provisions of the law applicable at the place of habitual residence of the consumer user, in accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No. 593/2008, known as "Rome I", for users residing in the European Union.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance hereof shall be brought before the competent courts of the State of Delaware, subject to the mandatory rules of jurisdiction applicable to consumers.
